She is one of the Practice Leaders of the firm’s Drug Testing and Substance Abuse Management Practice Group and is considered a firm resource on the legal issues implicated in workplace drug and alcohol testing arising under federal, state and local laws.Ms. Russo assists clients with workplace problems involving drugs and alcohol, and gives advice about compliance with all pertinent drug and alcohol testing laws. She prepares substance abuse policies to comply with all federal drug and alcohol testing regulations (including all agencies of the U.S. Department of Transportation), as well as the drug and alcohol testing laws of all 50 states.

Ian B. Bogaty is a Principal in the Melville, Long Island Office. Mr. Bogaty received his B.A. from Binghamton University in 2000, and his J.D. from Hofstra University – School of Law in 2003. Mr. Bogaty received a Masters of Law in Labor and Employment Law from New York University in 2004. He is admitted to practice in New York. He is admitted to practice in New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Since joining Jackson Lewis in June 2004, Mr. Bogaty has practiced in traditional labor law areas such as collective bargaining, labor arbitration, contract administration and representation and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.

Kathryn Barry is an Associate in the Long Island office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Ms. Barry advises clients on compliance with various state and federal laws affecting the workplace, including Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and New York State and City laws. She also assists federal contractors in the preparation of affirmative action plans and defends contractors against allegations of discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and veteran status in connection with audits by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs and in related litigation brought on the OFCCP’s behalf by the Solicitor’s Office at the U.S. Department of Labor.
